Clinical Specialist:

The Clinical Specialist will play a key role in providing clinical support and education to healthcare professionals to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our medical devices. 

Must be energetic, well-spoken and eager to support the sales team and increase revenue. End-user experience is vital, so Clinical Specialists will be particularly attentive to medical personnel comments and ensure that their experience with TaeWoong devices is positive. This encompasses actual users as well as support staff, such as purchasing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting his/her assigned sales team
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, to facilitate the effective use of our medical devices in clinical settings.
  • Conduct in-service training sessions, workshops, and educational programs to train healthcare professionals on the proper use, handling, and maintenance of our medical devices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical champions, and decision-makers in healthcare facilities to promote the adoption and utilization of our medical devices.
  • Participate in clinical research studies, trials, and evaluations to generate clinical evidence and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge and practice.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Answering client questions and follow-up questions
  • Attend conferences and tradeshows

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or a related clinical field 
  • Clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting, with a minimum of one year of experience.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex clinical concepts and technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.(70%).  May be required to travel outside of territory as needed.

Sales Representative

The Sales Representative primary goal is to maximize revenues and ensure profitability for the allocated territory. He/She will interact with physicians, procedure room staff and hospital purchasing to ensure adoption of the devices by medical centers and reordering of the product regularly.

This position involves cold calling new potential clients, creating a database of potential

customers for different business sectors, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide

prospective customers/clients with products offered and explanation of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade-shows, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up questions
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Building and maintaining Pipeline of prospects
  • Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information for all business segments
  • Promote and sell TaeWoong USA products to Gastroenterologists, Surgeons
  • Educate and inform physicians and appropriate medical staff as to the proper use of TaeWoong products
  • Direct Product evaluations in the operating room, procedure room, and office settings
  • Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in the medical device field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of medical devices, procedures, and clinical applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required. (50%)
